Figure of Hercules, white earthenware with a crackle glaze, standing on an egg shaped plinth inscribed in gilt raised capitals. Figure in primitive dress, legs laced to knee, bare knees, brown fur tunic, yellow gloves? at waist, short orange cloth wrappped around shoulders and across body, black moustache, hair and beard, standing with left hand on hip, and right hand bent and resting on a long black club/staff. Figure standing on a green/brown rocky ground, between flat clumps of large leafed plant.
