Middle Bronze Age bronze unlooped palstave
Very similar to 18.77/2, except that the 'shield' is more deeply concave and its beaded border (the continuation of the flanges) is scarcely visible. Less carefully finished than 18.77/1, 2 & 4. There are hammer marks visible on the blade surfaces.
