The Blessed Virgin standing with her Child under a pillared and carved canopy, a flowering branch in her right hand. In field (diapered lozengy with small quatrefoils) a shield to either side: dext Our Lord on the Cross , for William ELSYNG. In base, under a round-headed arch, the prior in prayer, his words of supplication engraved on the pediment above.
