Medieval / Post-Medieval lead sheet
This is a snapped fragment from a larger lead sheet. The sheet it thick and flat, one end has a wide round curve, the snapped end is narrower and perforated with a square nail hole. The topside of the nail hole is round, the underside is square and between two parallel straight scored lines.
