ARTENSIS, glass negative

(1788gt) : Built 1885 by Arhibald McMillan & Son Ltd., Dumbarton as CELTIC CHIEF for Celtic Shipping Co., Liverpool. Sold 1911 to Bruusgaard, Sigurd & Martin of Drammen, Norway, and renamed ARTENSIS. She was scuttled by the German submarine U-87, west of Ireland, on the 19th July 1917.
