Notes: This second Neath Abbey Hoard was found by workmen in early April 1957. A total of 66 silver pence were found in a putlog hole of the vault of Neath Abbey, within 3 feet of the previous hoard (57.32). The hoard was declared treasure trove after an inquest on June 4th 1957.
