Cover, hard-paste porcelain, circular, very slightly domed top, to the centre of the cover a finial modelled in the form of a rose with a stem and leaf spreading across the top of the cover; finely painted in polychrome enamels with around the top of the cover three sprigs of miniature flowers, the finial painted in puce and green, a chocolate edge to the rim.
