blue floor-length cloak, lined with green tabby-woven cotton, collar and front opening bound with narrow strip of black velvet; large decorative silver-coloured buttons on either side of front opening (at collar); long ties at collar for securing for wear (made from same blue fabric as outer cloak); both blue outer and green lining are made up of three lengths of fabric which are machine stitched together; some hand-stitching along collar using blue thread
