Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Dish, square, soft-paste porcelain; lip lobed at the corners and moulded with c-scrolls, ribbon-tied flowers and foliage, the moulding picked out in gilt; painted with a green 'oeil de perdrix' border with black dots, and four flower sprays and two winged insects in the centre; gilt lip and edge of well.
