Dancing doll
Two acrobatic dolls, joined together by wooden arms. Caricatures of the late 19th century political figures, W.E. Gladstone and his opponent Lord Salisbury. The dolls are made of a papier-mâché heads and torsos with flat wooden limbs. There is string attached to the arms for manipulation. The dolls have realistic facial features. The costume is painted in red, blue and green.
