Jug, earthenware, wheel-thrown, footring, concentric turning rings, swelling form, missing handle, remains of folded spout; printed in underglaze blue with a view titled above S.T. MICHAELs MOUNT. - a hill with houses, surrounded by water and boats etc; to left a man sitting on a barrel holding a jug and a glass with the words FISH TIN & COPPER on a scroll from his mouth; to left a shield with fifteen dots under ONE & ALL. Border of diamonds ovals, and twisted rope. Scene and text repeated on opposite side.
