Slop bowl
Bowl, slightly greyish hard-paste porcelain, standing on short cylindrical foot-rim, rounded curving sides with flaring lip-rim; crudely painted in polychrome enamels with to one side of the exterior body a coat of arms with three chains, a horn and a cross, and with a crown above, around the rest of the exterior body are scattered insects including a butterfly, a ladybird and a spider, heavy gilt bands around the foot-rim and interior lip-rim.
