Dessert plate, hard-paste porcelain, near white paste, good clear translucency, lustrous glaze, standing on a shallow foot rim, flat well, plain everted rim; the well painted with ten pink roses on gilt moss around a central gilt rosette and within an elaborate gilt ground of scrolls and diaper and seeded panels, the rim panelled grey with an horizontal gilt foliage pattern, interspersed with seven black medallions each painted with a standing bird in yellow and brown.
