Dillwyn & Co., Cambrian Pottery (1811 - 1817 and 1824 - 1850)
Plate, earthenware, standing on a tapering foot rim, rounded, spreading sides, moulded with a large vine leaf, extending from the centre to the rim; issuing layered foliage and radiating patterns of veins from a curving central stalk, on a basketwork ground apparent on sections of the outer rim not covered by the leaf; printed in the centre in blue with a large shell with floral sprays and foliage issuing from ornate scrolls, with pale blue to the outer rim.
