Pardoe, Thomas (1770-1823)
Jug, pearlware, inset base, ovoid body, cylindrical neck with attached spout, plain loop handle with thumb spur; enamelled on each side with iron-red flowers (probably peonies) and mixed leaves with some gilded details, brown enamelled ground round the neck and shoulder edged to top and bottom with a plain gilded band, gilded inscription on the front 'WSH / WORLE.', gilded bands and simple leaf motifs on the handle.
