East Moors Works blast furnace dep., staff records

Staff record, progress report and ratings for four members of staff working at the blast furnace department, East Moors Works. Records for staff members William Arthur Allen, Owen Francis Brown, Charles James Fowler and Charles Henry Hosking. Reports dated July 1950 and July 1951. Three pages per individual, giving personal details, job responsibilities etc. and a grading system, marking them on abilty, expertise, etc. Typed in black ink on cream paper with handwritten details in blue biro. Also attached are two memoranda re. the records, typed in black ink on company headed paper (Guest Keen Baldwins Iron & Steel Co. Ltd.). Sent from H.W.A. Waring (secretary) to T.J. Thomas (blast furnace manager). Dated 1/6/1951 and 30/7/1948.
