Seal impression: Personal seal
A shield: barry of six, vairé, COUCY. Crest: on a helmet affrontée and lambrequin, a bush of feathers. All within a carved oval panel, to either side of which tracery containing in two quatrefoil compartments a lozenge-shaped shield: a fess, AUSTRIA. The legend runs around the shield and helmet, and is preceded by a cinquefoil.
