Letter typed in black ink on off-white, British Engine & Electrical Co.Ld. headed paper. Letter dated 19th March, 1938. The letter is signed in black ink, there are also two other signatures in black and green ink. Contained loose within a moroon hardback file with all other documents under accession number 85.184I/4.
