Bowl, soft-paste porcelain, standing on a short cylindrical foot-rim, rounded curving sides; finely painted in polychrome enamels with around the exterior sides three views of armed and fighting horsemen, the views divided by rococo ornaments in gilt with further rococo scrolls in gilt bordering the views around the top, gilt bands around the foot-rim and exterior lip-rim, the whole of the interior of the bowl covered with a gilt ground. The foot-rim and lip-rim slightly chipped.
