'Sale by public auction of freehold cottages, ground rents, and building sites, in Dowlais Top, Penywern, Pengarnddu, Pantscallog, Caeharris, Dowlais and Gellifaelog. Messrs Isaac Edwards & Co. are instructed by Messrs Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd to offer for sale by public auction the properties set out within. In Guest Keen & Nettlefolds's Memorial Buildings, Dowlais on Tuesday, July 31st, 1923 at 7pm' Inside there are printed lists of the properties, details of the special conditions of sale and a contract. The contract has been filled out for lot 157 purchased by William Payne.
