Pardoe, Thomas (1770-1823)
Dessert dish, porcelain with whitish translucency, with a shaped inset base, ogee-curved sides and a rim of waisted oval shape with flattened ends; relief-moulded decoration round the rim of roses (?), tulips and other flowers, scrolled moulding at each end, the centre painted in enamels over a bat-printed outline with an arrangement of fruit (melons, grapes, a fig, gooseberries), a gold line round the rim and well, gilded details on the scrolled moulding.
