Medieval silver bar mount

Cast silver bar mount for a belt. The mount has plain solid arms (with flat backs), a large central lobe and smaller end lobes, the latter being perforated for rivets for attachment. The central lobe has a large circular perforation. Each lobe is separated from its arm by a plain transverse moulding. No traces of gilding is visible, although the object has been heavily cleaned/polished at some point.
