Cup, hard-paste porcelain, inset base, cylindrical sides, loop handle; to the front of the exterior body an oval panel finely painted with a riverside landscape in black monochrome wirh a light red sky, the panel enclosed by a gilt band, around the upper body a border of scrolls and foliate sprigs on gilt between two gilt lines, a gilt line around the foot-rim, a gilt edge to the lip-rim, the handle painted in gilt.
