From the same context: 2 BB1 jar rim sherds; a BB1 flanged bowl rim sherd; 2 conjoining grey ware dish sherds; a grey ware jar rim sherd with circular enbarbatine decoration; a black-slipped red roughcast beaker sherd; a sandy Caerleon ware vessel sherd; a red ware platter base sherd; 2 red ware platter rim sherds; a red ware flanged bowl rim sherd; a red ware bowl rim sherd; 13 red ware jar rim sherds; 6 grey ware jar rim sherds with wavy line decoration and 38 grey ware jar rim sherds.

Notes: From a small plot of ground situated in the praetentura of the fortress immediately behind the Legionary Museum. Trenches revealed part of a stone building of residential type (probably a tribune's house) divided into living rooms floored variously with stone flags and opus signinum. 3 - occupation next on natural.
