Jug, earthenware, standing on a spreading rounded foot, globular body, cylindrical slightly concave neck, bands of beading around the lower body, shoulder and exterior lip-rim, beak spout with moulded underside, double-curved scrolled loop handle with raised thumb-spur; a broad band of a deep blue ground around the middle of the exterior body, the foot-rim, the rest of the exterior body, the interior neck, spout and handle covered with copper lustre, which to the handle has worn off to reveal the brown glaze beneath. The neck broken and repaired.
