Jug, earthenware, inset base within a flattened-off foot-rim, bulbous body, cylindrical neck, plain beak spout, ridged loop handle; the exterior of the jug covered with a variegated lustre giving a marbled effect with shades of purple, orange and brown, the lip-rim, spout and handle edged in gilt.
