Tea bowl
Tea bowl, hard-paste porcelain, short foot-rim and rounded sides; finely painted in polychrome enamels with around the exterior sides a classical female figure with armour, a helmet, a shield and a spear, seated on a cloud, and a small amorino walking on clouds with an owl by his side, the two figures separated by scattered floral sprigs, a grey band around the interior lip-rim which is possibly not part of the original decoration.
