Tea bowl and saucer, hard-paste porcelain, saucer standing on a foot rim, spreading sides, everted lip; decorated in polychrome enamels and gilt, the centre with three scenes with chinoiserie figures, one of two figures, a seated figure with cup and saucer before a table, another figure standing, one of a figure standing, leaning on a table, another figure seated on the floor behind, one of three figures, one seated before a table, one standing and one facing away attending to a kettle, each scene within a gilt, quatrelobe cartouche surrounded by a border of stylised leaves and dots, cartouches separated by three painted masks and iron-red and purple scrolling, ornamental git border to lip. Tea bowl, standing on a foot rim, flared sides, everted lip; decorated in polychrome enamels and gilt with three scenes each of two chinoiserie figures around a table, one with two birds on a perch behind, two with a tree behind, all within gilt quatrelobe cartouches surrounded by a border of stylised leaves and dots, cartouches separated by painted masks and iron-red and purple scrolling, gilt border to foot rim and inner lip, pattern in iron-red and purple to bottom.
