Mug, pearl-glazed earthenware, straight sided, angular strap handle with scrolled upper, straight back, and double 'C' scroll lower; Masonic decoration with gilt inscriptions, the front inscribed 'JOSEPH DAVIS' above an archway, to the left of the keystone painted in light brown and inscribed 'Structor Percussa', to the right painted in pink and inscribed 'Momento Mori', monochrome ivy around arch foundation stones, inside the arch inscribed 'Lodge / 133 ' framed within a pair of gilt calipers above and a set square below, and with 'P' to the left, 'M' to the right, and 'CARDIFF / 1815' below, narrow blue band above foot, around rim, outlining handle, blue foliage to handle back.
