Obverse. On horseback riding in armour to sinister; his left hand holding his shield above the beast’s mane, his right hand grasping his raised sword. Armorial horse trappings. (Ascribed to Richard Beauchamp, 13th Earl of Warwick, but his arms, a fess between six crosses crosslet, are indistinct, as is the Black Letter script).
