Teacup, soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain with a green translucency; standing on a rounded foot rim, London shape, with a curvaceous ogee handle; painted with set pattern 493, - inside the bowl a wide border with a dotted green ground reserved with three scalloped cartouches edged in red and gilt, containing a stylised gilt and red flower with green leaves; bordered by gilt bands, and a gilt rosette in the centre; on the exterior, a continuous gilt stylised leaf and lily pattern; gilt band to foot rim, gilt lip, and a gilt leaf to the handle.
