Medieval pottery vessel
Medieval vale ware sherds - one is fully reduced and finer with occasional small gritty inclusions (possibly a jug or drinking vessel base sherd). Two body sherds are partially reduced with small to medium moderate gritty inclusions and a coppery green splash glaze. They date approximately from the 12th to the 15th centuries.
