Plate, eight notches to rim, recessed foot ring. Transfer printed in underglaze blue with a design of a cheetah or leopard by a cave, with a deer running towards it, palm tree over cave; in the background a chinoiserie landscape of buildings, rocks, two men and boats. Border pattern of flowers, fruit and trees in blossom. Narrow outer border of jui motifs.
