Jug, pearlware,standing on a rounded spreading foot-rim, globular body, cylindrical neck, plain beak spout, angular scrolled handle; around the exterior body a wide band of pink lustre, this then decorated using resist techniques with a design of leaves in diamond formation alternating with formalized flowers and with tendrils and triangles of scale pattern, narrow silver lustre bands around the lower body and exterior neck, wider silver lustre bands around the interior and exterior lip-rim and spout, the handle and spout edged in silver lustre. The body badly cracked.
