Also included is an Increment Value Duty (Finance Act 1910) form, printed in black ink on cream paper, with handwritten details in black ink. All documents relate to the conveyance of Bethania Schoolroom, Pond Street from Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. to Thomas Jones. Documents dated between February 1922 and January 1923.
