Letters. re. conveyance of G.K.N Dowlais property

Six letters, a memorandum and a form originally pinned together. Includes four letters from The Solicitors Law Stationary Society Limited, handwritten on company headed paper, one letter from the Bethania Congl. Church, typed on off-white paper, and a letter from the Inland Revenue Valuation office, typed on company headed paper. Also includes a memorandum from The Solicitors Law Stationary Society Limited Agency Department, with a bill for fees incurred. Also included is an Increment Value Duty (Finance Act 1910) form, printed in black ink on cream paper, with handwritten details in black ink. All documents relate to the conveyance of Bethania Schoolroom, Pond Street from Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. to Thomas Jones. Documents dated between February 1922 and January 1923.
