Baxter, Thomas (junior) (1782 - 1821)
Dessert plate, soft-paste ('duck egg') porcelain, cruciform-moulded, foot ring, well with curved sides, the rim also curved and with a lobed edge (four large, four small lobes); enamelled in the centre with a group of shells on a marble slab, bands of reddish gilding around the centre and rim.
