Stand, hard-paste porcelain, hexagonal shape with flat base, flaring sides and rounded lobes at the corners; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the centre of the well a circular panel painted with three naked children playing in a landscape, the panel enclosed by a gilt band, the sides of the well decorated with a border of scrolling gilt foliate motifs, gilt lines around the foot-rim and rim.
