Lever-type cast iron cheese press. Two vertical posts supported on tripod-type legs connected by a circular horizontal plate. Cast iron sinker depressed by long central vertical iron screw with iron crank handle (wooden grip missing). Extra pressure provided with iron weight suspended from a long notched lever-arm.
