Dish, creamware, circular 'silver' shape, sexfoil lobed rim, circular reserve in the centre with the inscription 'Elinor, lLewellin / 1788' painted in underglaze blue between flower sprays, also flanked by a foliage frond on either side and with a butterfly above, the cavetto washed in underglaze blue, and painted with a running scroll pattern; broad blue line to the rim.
