Figures of Little Eva and Uncle Tom, heavy white earthenware, blue tinted crackled glaze, black spots on a mis shapen hexagonal base inscribed in gilt raised capitals. Uncle Tom,(left) wearing black shoes, loose white trousers striped with purple, white jacket with gilt outlining, white shirt, neck encircled with a band of alternating red and blue flowers, underglaze black hands and head, yellow eyes. Left arm hanging down and holding a wide brimmed yellow hat, left leg resting on ground, right leg bent resting on a higher grey rock and forming a flat knee on which little Eva stands supported by Tom's right arm around her waist. Eva in black shoes, white socks, white pantaloons, showing beneath a short wide skirt patterned in purple, long sash purple striped and purple fringed sash around her waist, white bodice with gilt outlining, naturlaistically painted face, light brown shoulder length hair, turned towards Uncle Tom, with left arm around his neck, right arm clasping spray of flowers.
