Roman samian cup, stamped
There is no dating evidence for this stamp, but Macrinus's output includes many examples of Forms 18/31 and 27. His stamps occur at sites on Hadrian's Wall and at Corbridge. One has been recorded, tentatively, on a Form 29 mould from Lezoux.
Dr 27 is a cup with a double curved wall and a beaded rim
