Late Bronze Age sword hilt
Hilt fragment of a Western unclassified Ewart Park sword. The hilt has pointed ends and a fishtail outline. The tang is narrow and has no side flanges. There are two rivet holes, which are extremely small. The rivet hole nearest the blade retains the rivet shaft. The casting is porous and of poor quality and the hilt is bent.
