Plate, pearlware, tapering foot-rim, curving sides and spreading rim, to the rim a moulded basketwork border surmounted by a band of perforations, a scalloped edge to the rim; transfer-printed in underglaze blue with the 'Queen Charlotte Royal Lily' pattern, to the well a repeating pattern of stylized lilies radiating out from a central group of oriental flowers enclosed by a blue band, further blue bands around the sides of the well and the rim.
