Saucer
Saucer, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a rounded foot-rim, curving sides; decorated with to the centre of the well a quatrefoil panel enclosed by an elaborate foliate and scroll border in gilt and red and puce enamels and finely painted in polychrome enamels with a harbour scene showing figures, shipping and merchandise, to the rim an elaborate gilt border of interlacing scrolling lines and stylized flower heads, around the underside of the saucer three narrow red bands. A small chip to the rim.
