Tunic
White linen shirt or tunic worn by Dr William Price (1800-93) of Llantrisant. Made in five main pieces. Very simple shaped boady with a slit opening at the neck. Long sleeves, gathered into the armhole with an added section under the arm, peresumably for ease of movement. The cuffs and collar are trimmed with a cut out zig-zag decoration and an embroidered interlocking semi-circle design in white thread.
