Sucrier with cover
Sucrier, hard-paste porcelain, standing on a very short cylindrical foot-rim, rounded curving sides, round domed cover with to the top a finial modelled in the form of a flower bud with a stem and leaves; finely painted in polychrome enamels with around the exterior sides of the sucrier and the sides of the cover several views of shipping with small figures and trees, a gilt line around the foot-rim of the sucrier, a gilt dentil edge to the exterior lip-rim of the sucrier and the rim of the cover, the flower bud finial picked out in puce and green.
