Plate, hard-paste porcelain, short foot-rim, curving sides, and spreading rim with lobed and pointed edge, around the sides of the well and the rim four panels of moulded curving ribs and an impressed basket-work border; finely painted in polychrome enamels with to the well a spray of naturalistic flowers, further floral sprigs to the well and the rim, a gilt dentil border to the edge of the rim.
