Seal impression: Chancery of Cardiff
A shield: quarterly, 1. and 4. a fess between six crosses crosslet, BEAUCHAMP; 2. and 3. checky, a chevron Ermine, NEWBURGH; overall an escutcheon of pretence, quarterly CLARE and DESPENSER (arms as W313): crest: a swan'sheadand neck out of a ducal coronet; supporters: dext. a bear collared, muzzled, and chained; sin. a griffin collared; all within an ornamental gothic-type quatrefoil.
