Jug
Jug, earthenware, standing on a rounded spreading foot-rim, globular body, cylindrical neck, plain beak spout, angular scrolled handle; the exterior of the jug covered with silver lustre, this then decorated using silver lustre resist techniques with around the body a stylized design of a deer and a bird standing amid spreading flowering plants, a silver lustre band around the foot-rim, around the neck a border of intertwining white ribbons enclosing a zig-zag line and surrounded by groups of white dots, two white stripes to the handle.
