Spill vase
Spill-vase, bone china with a white translucency; standing on a rounded flared foot rim, barrel-shaped body with an everted lip, and two ring handles (one missing); painted on each side with a row of five pink roses on a gilt dotted ground edged with gilt leaves and bordered by gilt bands; gilt scalloped line above and below with stylised flowers, gilt band to foot rim and interior and exterior of lip.
